During her 12-year legal career, Sarah has developed a well-honed business acumen with a strong focus on the commercial resolution of legal issues.
Sarah's extensive property and commercial law experience, encompassing sales and acquisitions, commercial leasing (including retail leasing), licensing, dispute resolution and negotiations, enables her to advise on a comprehensive range of matters, including public tenders, procurement, negotiations and stakeholder and third-party relationships development.

Her specialties lie in reviewing, drafting and negotiating various forms of contracts including leasing, licensing, sale and purchase, collaboration, IT procurement (including SAAS agreements) and maintenance agreements, with previous clients including Government, universities and research bodies, as well as high-value private and publicly listed companies.

With confidence regarding matters in relation to the Australian Consumer Law, familiarity with managing intellectual property issues, claims and negotiating related clauses in contracts, Sarah is able to assist clients with monitoring legislative developments, advising on relevant changes and reviewing corporate and regulatory compliance.
